Hi Brittany, it’s good to hear from you. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions today. Will you tell us a little about yourself, what you’re passionate about, and how you fell into the world of Stoic Philosophy and Psychology?

It’s great to talk with you! I came to Stoicism the way many others do: looking for happiness. I was at a crossroads in my life, and I found that conventional morality (which mostly seems to value externals like wealth, social status, and career achievement) was not helping me live a good life. One day I typed “books on wisdom” into the search bar and was intrigued by one title that popped up: Bill Irvine’s A Guide to the Good Life. After that I was hooked. I kept reading more about Stoicism and I’ve never stopped!
